About the Role

Hype Marketer is looking for a creative Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality social media content.

The role involves shooting content using a smartphone when required and editing it in the office. You should have a good understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form videos, trends, pacing, transitions, music, and storytelling.

What You'll Do
- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and social media content.
- Go in office occasionally to shoot videos using a smartphone.
- Edit and polish the footage in-office.
- Add music, captions, transitions, effects, and basic motion graphics.
- Work closely with the social media and creative team.




- Deliver edits within deadlines and adapt quickly to feedback.

Good to Have
- Basic graphic design skills are a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of current social media trends.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing and aesthetics.
