Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional for IT Infrastructure to manage and grow a key segment of the business. The role will focus on driving revenue through cloud services, datacenter solutions, storage, networking and other IT infrastructure solutions, while managing customer relationships and achieving individual and team targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Acquire and develop current customers through self-generated and internal leads.

• Drive individual and team sales targets.• Identify growth opportunities within assigned geographies.
- Manage key customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.




- Lead the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Work with internal teams for solution execution and delivery.
- Develop business plans to improve profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging technologies.

• Coach and mentor sales team members.• Conduct customer-specific sales presentations and demonstrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT industry sales experience, specifically enterprise solutions.
- Proven experience selling IT infrastructure products/services including datacenter, storage, servers, networking, cloud and wireless solutions.
- Experience with enterprise-level sales and exposure to government, corporate, banking and institutional clients.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud and networking technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
