Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor Safety Management System (SMS).
- Ensure compliance with safety laws, ISO 45001, and company standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Organize safety audits, inspections, and statutory certifications.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness plans and mock drills.
- Drive contractor safety, PPE compliance, and housekeeping standards.
- Liaise with government authorities for statutory compliance.
- Conduct safety committee meetings and review safety performance.
- Promote safety culture through training, TBTs, campaigns, and awareness programs.

Required Skills
- Industrial safety and EHS management.
- Knowledge of Factories Act, PESO, Boiler Act, and statutory compliance.
- Risk assessment and incident investigation.
- ISO 45001 implementation and audit management.
- Emergency response and contractor safety management.
- Solid communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
