Role Description
The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at project sites. This position monitors construction progress, ensures work is carried out according to project plans and quality standards, and coordinates with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams. The Site Supervisor tracks materials and resources,



verifies adherence to safety regulations, and reports on site status, issues, and timelines. The role includes maintaining accurate site documentation, supporting problem resolution, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements. The Site Supervisor also helps manage schedules, supports inspections, and contributes to efficient, safe, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications
- MONTHLY SALARY - 10000/- to 15000/-
- Experience supervising construction or infrastructure project sites, including day-to-day coordination and oversight.
- Solid knowledge of safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control practices for on-site work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and project specifications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
