Job Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and expand our sales operations across Uttar Pradesh. The incumbent will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, strengthening distributor networks, expanding market coverage, and ensuring execution excellence across General Trade, Modern Trade, and Wholesale channels. The role requires strong leadership, market understanding, and the ability to deliver sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned UP territory.
- Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and channel partners across the region.
- Monitor team attendance, beat plan, outlet coverage, productivity and daily sales performance through FieldAssist app.




- Ensure all Sales Officers / ISR regularly update daily calls, productive calls, outlet visits and sales activities on the FieldAssist app.
- Drive product availability, visibility, and distribution expansion in General Trade Wholesale channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective coverage of assigned towns and districts.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor Sales Officers / ISRs.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy distributor stock levels.
- Plan and execute sales promotions, schemes, and market activation activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and review performance against targets.
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, office sales and Accounts team for smooth business operations.
- Manage and monitor the sales team through the FieldAssist App.
