Individual Contributor — a hands-on hunting and closing role, not a team-management role
Experience:
3–8 years selling advertising, media, or ad-tech solutions to brands and agencies
Compensation:
₹8–18 LPA fixed (calibrated to experience, network, and closure track record) +
uncapped performance-linked commissions
and bonuses tied directly to closed business. Exceptional candidates with proven agency/brand relationships can expect the top of the band — or beyond.
