Job Title: Telecaller
We are looking for a motivated and articulate Telecaller with excellent communication skills to join our team.
Location: DPS Sector 67A, Gurugram *(approximately 30 minutes from Millenium City Centre or Sector 54 Gurugram metro station)*
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to school inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about programs, facilities, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills .
- Proficient in using communication systems and technology.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Previous experience in telecommunication or customer service is a plus.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (freshers/graduates welcome).
- Familiarity with telecommunication equipment and systems.
