Arham Share is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
IT Recruiter
to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end IT recruitment processes and sourcing suitable candidates for technical roles.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment cycle
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and feedback
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage offer rollout and joining coordination

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
- Valuable understanding of technical roles and hiring process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment



Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consultancy or corporate hiring
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies and terminology
- Immediate joiners preferred
