Skills Required:

Firewall monitoring (Fortinet / WatchGuard preferred)
Linux basic commands and troubleshooting
Network monitoring tools knowledge
Incident monitoring and ticket handling
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities:
Monitor network devices, firewalls, and servers
Identify and troubleshoot basic network issues
Escalate critical issues to senior engineers
Monitor alerts, logs, and system health
Handle incident tickets and maintain reports
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure uptime and availability of IT infrastructure
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Pay: ₹9,848.05 - ₹21,375.66 per month
