About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in sales, customer relationships, SaaS products, and business growth.

As a Business Development Trainee, you will learn how to identify potential customers, understand their business requirements, introduce our products and services, generate leads, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through online research, social media, email, calls, and other channels.
- Contact prospective customers and introduce our software products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with prospects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.




- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Track sales activities, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Stay updated about our products, competitors, and market trends.
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer support teams.
