Job Summary

Studio Design Box is looking for an experienced Design & Sales Specialist – Modular Kitchens to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing cutting-edge and functional modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions, presenting design concepts, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders. The role requires a customer-focused professional with strong design expertise, sales acumen, and the ability to manage projects from consultation through successful project handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients to understand their lifestyle, functional requirements, design preferences, and project budgets.

• Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, walk-in closets, TV units, and customized furniture solutions.

• Prepare and present 2D/3D layouts, design concepts, material selections, and finish options.

• Prepare BOQs, quotations, project cost estimates, and detailed proposals.

• Recommend suitable materials, hardware,



accessories, and space-planning solutions.

• Convert client enquiries into confirmed orders through effective consultation, negotiation, and sales discussions.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Conduct site visits for measurements, design validation, and project discussions whenever required.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

• Stay updated with the latest modular furniture trends, materials, finishes, hardware, and design innovations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess strong design expertise, excellent sales and negotiation skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to independently manage the complete client journey from consultation to project completion.
