Job Description – Accounts Executive

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Maintain sales, purchase, cash, bank, journal, and ledger entries.
- Handle GST accounting, reconciliation, and compliance-related work.
- Prepare GSTR data and coordinate for timely GST filing.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable records.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and coordinate for timely collections.
- Verify vendor bills, invoices, payments, and supporting documents.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, records, and compliance.
- Maintain cash book, petty cash, and expense records.
- Prepare and maintain ledger accounts, journal vouchers, and trial balance.
- Reconcile customer, vendor, bank, GST, and ledger accounts.




- Assist in monthly MIS, financial reports, and month-end closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and customers.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
- Perform any other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 3–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliation, and general accounting.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in a trading/commodity business will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
