What You'll Do
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) for multiple clients
- Create monthly content calendars and get client approvals
- Design creatives using Canva (reels, carousels, stories, static posts)
- Write engaging captions and hashtag strategies in English and Hinglish
- Schedule and publish posts using Meta Business Suite/Buffer
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare monthly reports
- Handle community management replying to comments and DMs
- Stay updated with trends,



reels formats, and platform algorithm changes

What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of hands-on social media experience (agency experience is a big plus)
- Strong Canva skills; basic video editing (CapCut/InShot/VN) preferred
- Good written English + Hindi/Hinglish copywriting
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, and organic growth tactics
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines independently
- Must have own laptop and stable internet connection
- Comfortable with daily check-ins and deadline-based work
- Bonus: experience with Meta Ads, basic photography, or AI content tools
