The Role

We’re looking for an
Influencer Marketing Executive
who has hands-on experience working with creators and understands the creator ecosystem but is also comfortable taking ownership of bringing current brands and business opportunities to Influbuzz.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across
creator management, campaign execution, client relationships and new business development.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing & Campaign Management
- Source and shortlist relevant influencers/creators based on campaign briefs.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent managers and influencer agencies.
- Handle creator outreach, negotiations, commercials and deliverables.
- Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from brief to execution and reporting.
- Coordinate with creators, clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.




- Research emerging creators across Instagram and YouTube.
- Stay updated on creator trends, viral formats and content opportunities.
- Maintain creator databases and campaign trackers.

New Business & Brand Acquisition
- Identify and reach out to potential brands/agencies that could be a fit for Influbuzz.
- Generate new leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, networking and other relevant channels.
- Reach out to marketing teams, brand managers and agencies to introduce Influbuzz.
- Build relationships with potential clients and convert conversations into campaign opportunities.
- Understand a brand's marketing requirements and identify where influencer marketing can add value.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and maintain a pipeline of leads.
- Assist in preparing creator recommendations, campaign ideas and proposals for prospective clients.
- Take ownership of bringing in new briefs and business opportunities.
