Role & responsibilities
- Prepare quotations for Air, Sea, and Land freight.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents for rates and bookings.
- Handle day-to-day freight forwarding operations and shipment tracking.
- Manage import/export documentation and ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate with customers regarding pricing, shipments, and updates.
- Negotiate freight rates and maintain updated rate sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely shipment delivery.
