We are looking for a proactive and communication-focused HR Recruiter to manage fresher recruitment and candidate coordination from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good follow-up ability, and a genuine interest in building a career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process for fresher positions, from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Conduct initial HR screening and interviews to assess communication, attitude, interest, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, GDs, technical rounds, and final interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection status, documentation, and joining formalities.




- Follow up with selected candidates and ensure a smooth pre-onboarding and onboarding process.
- Conduct candidate and trainee follow-ups and address basic queries professionally.
- Prepare regular recruitment status and hiring reports for management.
- Support the HR team in employee engagement, trainee coordination, and HR operations when required.

- Ability to evaluate candidates based on communication, attitude, skills, and job fit.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring activities simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude with ownership and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, email, job portals, and recruitment tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
