Essential Qualification: Graduation in MBBS/BDS and a Postgraduation in Masters public health in management.
Desirable Qualification : Ph.D in public health/Health Economics
Experience: - Published studies in area of health technology assessment or meta analyst of published studies. computer proficiency related to MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Statistical software such as SPSS/STATA/Python. Positive communication and writing skills
Willingness to travel to states or districts to collect technical information
Key Responsibilities
- Review the literature related to clinical effectiveness. cost-effectiveness of the health technologies. drugs,
diagnostics and healthcare Interventions analysis of data Published research on technologies in par with the international standards
- Evaluating the cost effectiveness and clinical effectiveness of the health technologies by undertaking pragmatic /adaptive Health technology assessment methods.
- Review the safety aspects of technologies based on literature
- Review the legal and social Impacts of health technologies
- Undertake appraisal of the health technology assessment reports
- Liaison With Department of Health
- Research and other research agencies Conduct stakeholder meetings
- Organize meetings of Price Negotiation
