Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience

Job Description

Blossoms International School is looking for a passionate and experienced Sports Coach specializing in Kung Fu and Skating to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for training students, developing their physical fitness and sporting skills, and preparing them for school-level and competitive events.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured Kung Fu and Skating training sessions for students.
- Develop age-appropriate training programmes focusing on fitness, coordination, balance, flexibility, discipline, and confidence.
- Train students according to their age, ability, and skill level.
- Identify and nurture students with sporting potential.
- Prepare students for inter-school and competitive events.
- Organise sports demonstrations, competitions, and school activities.
- Ensure proper warm-up, cool-down, safety procedures,



and use of protective equipment.
- Maintain discipline and promote teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship.
- Monitor students' participation and progress.
- Maintain and ensure the safe use of sports equipment.
- Coordinate with the PE department and school management for sports programmes.

Requirements
- Relevant certification or qualified qualification in Kung Fu, Martial Arts, Skating, or Physical Education.
- Prior coaching experience, preferably in a school or academy environment.
- Strong knowledge of training techniques and safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively with children and students of different age groups.
- Good communication, leadership, and student-management skills.
- Experience preparing students for competitions will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in both Kung Fu and Skating will be preferred.
