Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT support, strong troubleshooting abilities, and excellent communication skills, particularly while handling queries from international clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees and international clients through calls and other communication channels.
- Handle and resolve day-to-day hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Attend and respond to IT support queries and service requests.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, software, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose network connectivity and basic infrastructure-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of IT issues, resolutions, and support requests.




- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company IT policies, security standards, and procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT Support / Technical Support.
- Experience working with international clients is required.
- Must have experience handling technical queries over calls.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, peripherals, and basic networking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in an onsite workplace and support business requirements.

- Experience with IT helpdesk/ticketing systems.
