About the Role

Celogen Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to support the procurement function. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, processing purchase orders, maintaining procurement records,



and ensuring timely availability of materials required for business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, engineering items, stationery, and other indirect purchases.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
- Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements for evaluation.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, and User Departments regarding material receipts and invoice processing.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor database, and purchase documentation.
- Track pending purchase orders and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approval procedures.
