Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 CTC per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are hiring Telecalling Executives for a banking process. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining financial products, generating leads, following up with customers, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain banking and financial products to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Promote Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and Credit Cards.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for application processing.
- Handle customer queries professionally.

Eligibility




- 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, banking, insurance, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive and target-oriented attitude.

Language Requirements
- Hindi – Mandatory
- English – Mandatory
- Telugu – Not Mandatory; Added Advantage

Candidates with good Hindi and English communication skills can apply. Knowledge of Telugu will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
