We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Source and attract active and passive IT/Technical candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
- Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and initial assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and role fit.
- Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate endorsement, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements, workforce needs, and recruitment priorities.




- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews, provide timely updates, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Negotiate compensation packages and employment offers while ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and candidate databases.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local and state employment laws and company recruitment policies.
- Demonstrate solid organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Adapt to changing business requirements and work different shifts as needed.
