We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Associate – Sales to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, providing suitable information about our services, following up with leads, and converting prospects into customers. Key Responsibilities Connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about our products and services. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective customers. Handle customer queries and guide them through the sales process. Convert qualified leads into successful sales and achieve assigned targets. Maintain accurate lead and customer details in the CRM.



Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a professional customer experience. Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to complete the sales process. Track daily activities, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance. Stay updated about company services, offers, pricing, and sales processes. Required Skills Good verbal and written communication skills. Solid convincing and negotiation ability. Customer-focused and confident personality. Good follow-up and lead management skills. Ability to work with sales targets. Basic knowledge of CRM and communication tools. Willingness to learn and improve sales techniques.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
