Role description

This is a full time, on-site role based in Dehradun.



The Senior Brand Manager leads brand strategy and its execution across a portfolio of client accounts, owning the thinking that turns an underestimated business into a brand the market takes seriously.

Most of our clients are promoter-led manufacturers and growth businesses that are strong at what they do and undersold in how they present it. The work is to find the positioning, build the narrative, and hold it consistent across packaging, campaigns, content and digital. This is a role for someone who can move from a strategy conversation with a founder to a creative brief for the studio to a performance review with the client, and keep the brand coherent through all three.

The Senior Brand Manager sets the brief for the design, copy, paid media and web teams, is the senior point of contact for clients, and reports to the Founder and Creative Director.
