to lead the brand strategy and digital marketing initiatives for a healthcare and aesthetic-focused business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in branding, digital marketing, and team management, along with relevant experience in
dermatology, skin clinics, aesthetic clinics, cosmetics, or healthcare
.

This role requires a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who can strengthen brand positioning, drive digital growth, and manage a multidisciplinary marketing team.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall brand and digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Strengthen brand positioning, visibility, awareness, and customer engagement across digital and offline channels
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms to drive brand awareness, leads,



and customer acquisition
- Develop content and communication strategies that align with the brand's identity, target audience, and healthcare positioning
- Lead and manage a team comprising SEO specialists, content writers, video editors, website developers, and other marketing professionals
- Set clear goals, monitor team performance, and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
- Work closely with creative and content teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity
- Oversee website performance, SEO initiatives, content production, social media presence, and digital campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, traffic, leads, and other relevant marketing metrics to optimize strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify recent opportunities for brand growth and customer acquisition
