Job Summary

Firm Foundations & Housing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and real estate.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in generating and following up on leads.
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about company projects and properties.
- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in company records/CRM.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly and support the sales team in converting leads.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.




- Coordinate with customers, sales executives, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Stay updated on company projects, pricing, offers, locations, and other relevant property information.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree; graduates preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, or real estate is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
- Solid follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Tamil and English is preferred; additional languages are an adv
