Tathastu BIM Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced Electrical BIM Engineers with strong Revit MEP skills to work on international data center projects. We are looking for candidates who can independently model electrical systems, prepare sheets, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain high BIM quality standards.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and modify electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Prepare LOD 300/LOD 350 electrical models and documentation.
- Create lighting, power, containment, grounding, and electrical layouts.
- Prepare sheets, annotations, schedules, and construction documentation.
- Perform clash detection and coordination with MEP and architectural teams.
- Follow company QA/QC standards and project workflows.
- Coordinate with internal BIM coordinators and project teams.

Requirements
- Min.



2+ years of experience in Electrical BIM Modeling.
- Solid proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Good understanding of electrical systems (lighting, power, cable tray, conduits, grounding, etc.).
- Experience in MEP coordination and sheet preparation.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Experience in data center projects will be a strong advantage.

- Autodesk Navisworks Manage (Mandatory)
- AutoCAD
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel (Preferred)
