About the Role:

We are seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer experienced in Rails conventions, MVC architecture, and Ruby idioms. You will validate Rails bug fixes, debug controller/model logic, and resolve RSpec test failures across production-grade Rails codebases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Validate logic changes across controllers, models, services, and Rails modules.
- Run RSpec test suites and debug failures with precision.
- Evaluate ActiveRecord queries, callbacks, validations, and associations.
- Identify and resolve MVC-related issues, regressions, and side effects.
- Review PRs for clarity, maintainability, and Rails best practices.

Skills & Experience Required:
- 2+ years of Ruby on Rails development.
- Proficient with RSpec, ActiveRecord, and MVC architecture.
- Solid understanding of Ruby idioms, Rails patterns, and debugging.
- Ability to reason through controller/model interactions and service flows.
- Experience in Ruby idioms, MVC patterns, RSpec testing, and debugging complex Rails logic.
