We are looking for a responsible, organised and patient-friendly Clinic Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination of our dental clinic.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, coordinating with doctors and staff, and making sure the clinic runs smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient appointments, confirmations and follow-ups
- Welcome patients and ensure a warm, qualified patient experience
- Coordinate patient flow and appointment schedules
- Coordinate between doctors, patients, dental assistants and laboratories
- Maintain patient records and treatment-related documentation
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages and patient enquiries
- Explain basic treatment plans, appointments and payment-related information to patients
- Coordinate treatment follow-ups and pending appointments
- Maintain daily clinic schedules and ensure appointments run smoothly
- Coordinate laboratory cases and track their status
- Assist with billing, payments and basic administrative work




- Monitor clinic supplies and inform the management when stock needs replenishment
- Ensure the reception and common areas are organised and presentable
- Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate clinical matters to the doctor when required
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Help maintain the clinic’s high standards of hygiene, organisation and patient care

What We Are Looking For
- Excellent communication skills
- Pleasant and confident personality
- Good organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and basic computer applications
- Good spoken English and Hindi
- Previous experience in a dental/medical clinic, hospital, healthcare or premium service environment is preferred
- Experience with patient coordination, front desk or clinic administration is an advantage
- Should be responsible, punctual and willing to take ownership of work
