Experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet business owners, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
- Present company products and services professionally.
- Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare business proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.




- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, BBA, BBM, B.Com, Marketing, or any graduate with an interest in business development.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is an advantage.
