* Drive regional P&L;, revenue growth & profitability

* Lead multi-site operations with a robust customer-first mindset

* Deliver operational excellence across service quality & parent experience

* Strengthen market presence & strategic partnerships

What you'll bring:

* 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading an independent business/P&L;

* Strong exposure to retail, services, hospitality or other multi-location businesses

* Proven track record of scaling operations & leading large, dispersed teams
