HR Generalist - HR and Administration

Innervex Technologies Private Limited is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist - HR and Administration to independently manage HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle activities and routine office administration at our Coimbatore Head Office.

This is a hands-on HR Generalist role with Office Administration responsibilities and is not a recruitment-only position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of assigned activities from initiation through closure with minimal supervision.

Experience in an IT / Software / SaaS / Technology organisation is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

*Recruitment and Talent Acquisition*
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Software Development, Testing, Support, Customer Engagement, Sales and other business roles.
- Understand role-specific qualification, experience and competency requirements before sourcing candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals and other appropriate recruitment channels.




- Conduct initial resume screening and candidate screening discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with Department Managers, Project Leads and Management.
- Collect and consolidate interview feedback from the respective interviewers.
- Follow up on pending interview decisions and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain qualified and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer roll-out and joining follow-up.
- Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and provide regular status updates.

*HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle*
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, joining formalities and documentation.
- Maintain complete and accurate physical and digital employee records.
- Maintain attendance and leave records and follow up on discrepancies.
- Manage probation and confirmation follow-ups.
