We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The person will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing recent business opportunities, building key client relationships, and ensuring that monthly and quarterly revenue targets are achieved.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a good understanding of the media and advertising industry, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall business targets.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and track team performance.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, cold calling, and client outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brands, agencies, and business owners.




- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable media, advertising, digital marketing, branding, content, and promotional solutions.
- Take ownership of important client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and business closures.
- Review sales pipelines regularly and ensure consistent follow-up on leads and proposals.
- Monitor the team's lead-to-conversion ratio and take corrective action where required.
- Prepare and review proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining company profitability.
- Work closely with creative, content, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business from existing clients.
