Touchstone Infotech LLP is hiring a Meta Ads Performance Marketing Specialist with robust hands-on experience running and optimizing Facebook & Instagram lead-generation campaigns.

Meta Ads will be your primary responsibility. Google Ads experience is desirable but secondary.

We are not looking for a social media manager or someone whose experience is primarily organic social media.

We need a performance marketer who understands how to generate qualified leads at a sustainable cost, diagnose campaign problems, test creatives and audiences, and make optimization decisions based on data.

You will manage paid campaigns for clients across industries such as Real Estate, Education, Healthcare and other lead-generation businesses.

What You'll Be Responsible ForMeta Ads — Primary Responsibility
- Plan, launch and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Build lead-generation campaigns using Instant Forms, Landing Pages and WhatsApp where applicable.
- Develop campaign structures based on business objectives and target audiences.
- Research and test audiences, including broad,



custom, lookalike and retargeting audiences.
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate and lead quality.
- Analyze performance across campaigns, ad sets, ads, placements and creatives.
- Identify why campaigns are underperforming and take corrective action.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining acceptable CPL and lead quality.
- Conduct structured A/B testing of:
- Creatives
- Ad copy and hooks
- Audiences
- Offers
- Lead forms
- Landing pages
- Work closely with designers to develop performance-oriented ad creatives.
- Build retargeting campaigns for website visitors, social engagers and existing audiences.
- Monitor ad fatigue and recommend new creative angles.
- Analyze lead quality instead of optimizing only for the cheapest CPL.
- Understand Meta Pixel, events and conversion tracking.
- Troubleshoot common Meta campaign performance and tracking issu
