Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions (BPO, Sales, Operations, Collections, Customer Support etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage candidate follow-ups and interview feedback
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
