- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and highlight key advantages.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure good service.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order processing.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and calling reports.
- Maintain professional communication and a customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
