Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales Engineer role based in Dadri. The Pre-Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, design suitable Audio-Visual, AI, and surveillance solutions, and prepare technical proposals and presentations.
Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, supporting proof-of-concept deployments, responding to technical queries, and translating customer needs into solution architectures. The role also involves preparing documentation, coordinating with engineering teams for customized solutions, and ensuring smooth handover from pre-sales to implementation. The Pre-Sales Engineer will engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to build trust, clarify technical details, and help drive successful business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Solid technical understanding of Audio-Visual systems, AI-based applications, and security & surveillance technologies, with the ability to design and explain integrated solutions.
- Experience in solution design, requirements gathering, and creating technical proposals or solution architectures for enterprise or institutional clients.
