About the Role

Our Client Clothing is a fast-growing D2C shapewear brand. We are looking for a Retention Executive to own and scale our lifecycle marketing across WhatsApp, email, and app push. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role for someone who is comfortable running 100+ campaigns a month and turning automation flows into measurable revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and execute retention campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and app/web push at scale (100+ campaigns/month).
- Set up and optimize automation journeys: welcome flows, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, win-back, post-purchase, and replenishment.
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations on MoEngage, Contlo, BIK, and QuikEngage.
- Build and maintain customer segments based on behavior, purchase history, and lifecycle stage.
- Run A/B tests on creative, copy, timing, and segmentation to improve open, click, and conversion rates.




- Monitor key retention metrics - repeat purchase rate, retention rate, channel revenue, and opt-out rates - and report on performance.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to get campaign assets ready on time.
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure clean, on-schedule execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing - preferably in e-commerce or D2C.
- Hands-on experience with retention platforms such as MoEngage, Contlo, BIK, or QuikEngage.
- Proven track record managing high-volume campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and push.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automation journeys, and channel best practices.
- Comfortable working with data - able to read dashboards and act on metrics.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; can juggle many campaigns without dropping quality.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
