Role & Responsibilities:
- Assess and conduct Personal Discussions (PD) for loan applicants to evaluate creditworthiness and eligibility.
- Oversee overall branch operations, including business development, loan disbursals, and collection activities.
- Drive branch targets by sourcing current business, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality portfolio growth.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth branch functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Resolve customer queries and grievances promptly and professionally.
- Monitor branch expenses and ensure cost efficiency.





Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in branch management, preferably in banking or NBFC/lending sector.
- Strong understanding of credit assessment, loan processing, and collection activities.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle administrative responsibilities and business targets efficiently.
