About the Role

We're looking for a Sales & Customer Service Executive who can build solid relationships with potential and existing clients, understand their business requirements, present the right Bytez Corp solutions,



and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.

You'll be responsible for handling enquiries, following up with leads, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from the first interaction to project completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, email, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable branding, digital marketing, website, video, and creative solutions
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries professionally
- Present Bytez Corp's services, proposals, and packages to prospective clients
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, online or in person
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team to create suitable proposals
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Convert qualified leads into paying client
