IKA is looking for a Performance Marketing professional who can take ownership of driving measurable online growth and sales for our playful luxury fashion label. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook), Google Ads, Shopify, conversion tracking, retargeting and performance analytics, with a robust understanding of fashion, lifestyle or D2C brands. The role will involve planning, launching and optimising paid campaigns, identifying and targeting the right customer segments, improving website conversions, reducing customer acquisition costs and continuously working towards stronger ROAS and revenue growth. The candidate should be highly data-driven yet creatively inclined, able to test different audiences, creatives, offers and funnels, and work closely with the content/design team to turn campaigns into actual sales. We are looking for someone who is commercially focused, proactive and accountable for performance—not simply running ads, but actively scaling IKA’s digital business profitably.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
