Roles and Responsibilities :
- Carry a project forward stage to stage, as the person who knows where it is and what it needs next
- Develop the design and produce the 3D and AI renders the client approves from
- Translate the approved design into working drawings that can be built without guesswork
- Coordinate RCC and MEP consultants on architectural and bungalow projects
- Follow the project on site and protect the design intent from brief to handover
Job Requirements :
- Software:AutoCAD and SketchUp required. Enscape, D5 Render or AI rendering experience is a strong advantage
- 0 to 5 years experience; B.Arch, or final year with a completed internship
- Strong AutoCAD and confident SketchUp; a portfolio with working drawings as well as 3D work
- Interest or experience in AI rendering tools is a solid advantage
- Organised, deadline reliable, clear communication
