We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to manage the overall operations, sales, student admissions, team performance, and business growth of the branch. The candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring a positive student experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Lead and monitor the performance of the sales, academic, counseling, and support teams.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, admissions, and student retention.
- Drive current student enrollments through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper handling of student enquiries and maintain high conversion rates.
- Coordinate with faculties and academic teams to ensure smooth course delivery.




- Monitor student attendance, feedback, dropouts, and overall satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit regular branch performance reports to management.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies for branch growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting procedures.
- Handle escalations and resolve student or team-related issues effectively.
- Manage branch resources and ensure proper utilization of facilities and assets.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
