Store Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage inventory, stores operations, and material handling activities in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, procurement coordination, stock verification, and SAP-based store operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day stores activities including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and cycle counting.
- Handle GRN preparation, material inward and outward entries, and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase and production teams for timely replenishment.
- Ensure FIFO/LIFO practices are followed for inventory management.
- Maintain records of material receipts, issues, returns, and gate passes.
- Support scrap management activities and coordinate disposal processes.




- Generate inventory and stock reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and 5S practices within the stores area.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments for smooth operations.

Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Store, Inventory, Warehouse, or Material Management.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is preferred.
- Experience in GRN, stock verification, inventory control, and material management.
- Good understanding of FIFO/LIFO systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or automobile industry preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
