Your work profile
- Lead end-to-end OMS implementation, enhancement, and production support initiatives.
- Define solution strategies aligned with business and operational goals.
- Manage project delivery, timelines, risks, and resource planning.
- Partner with Business, Product, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable OMS solutions.
- Oversee requirements, solution design, testing, deployment, and release management.
- Drive production support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile practices, governance, and quality standards.
- Mentor and manage teams of analysts and consultants,



fostering technical and functional growth.
- Provide regular project status updates and executive-level stakeholder communication.

Key skills required
- Strong expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and end-to-end order lifecycle management.
- Experience with Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Shipping, Returns, Pricing, and System Integrations.
- Robust understanding of REST APIs, SQL, JSON/XML, Jira, Confluence, and API Testing concepts.
- Experience managing large-scale OMS implementation and transformation programs.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10–14 years of experience in OMS, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain domains, with proven experience leading teams and projects.
