We are excited to announce a new opening at Safebooks Global for the position of HR & Design Coordinator, based at our Ahmedabad office. This is a dynamic dual-role opportunity combining core Human Resources functions with creative graphic design work.

Position Details:
- Job Title: HR & Design Coordinator
- Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
- Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Role Overview: This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a balanced mix of structured HR tasks and creative design responsibilities. You’ll be an integral part of both our HR and brand communication efforts.

HR Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Attendance and leave tracking
- Supporting payroll coordination
- Maintaining employee records and documents
- Drafting letters, policies, and HR communications
- Organizing employee engagement activities (e.g., Fun Fridays)
- Assisting with performance reviews and feedback systems




- Office/vendor coordination and general admin duties

Graphic Design Responsibilities:
- Creating visuals for hiring posts, internal messages, and social media
- Designing with Canva and at least one other tool (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Maintaining brand consistency across all designs
- Supporting HR & marketing with presentations and digital materials
- Basic video editing skills are a plus

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in combined HR and design functions
- Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with other design software
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage diverse tasks across HR and creative design
- Comfortable working in the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift (full time)
