Future Healthcares Inc. is a US-based Medical Billing & Healthcare Services company with 25+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Clinical Support, and Care Management.

We are hiring Process Associates – Night Shift for our Ahmedabad office.

Position Details

? Location: Ahmedabad | On-site

? Shift: 05:30 PM – 02:30 AM

? Employment: Full time

? Education: Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory

? Designation : Process Associate

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, insurance companies, and relevant stakeholders.

* Perform healthcare medical billing and back-office processes.

* Handle claim processing, data entry, account reconciliation, and documentation review.

* Identify discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

* Maintain accuracy, productivity, quality, and compliance standards.

Candidate Requirements

* Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.





* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Good understanding of basic billing, payments, or finance concepts is an advantage.

* Comfortable working in a structured process-driven environment.

* Willingness to work consistently in the 05:30 PM – 02:30 AM shift.

* Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

* Candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or with education below Bachelor’s Degree are strictly not eligible.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.
