Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage production plans based on demand forecasts and capacity.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Monitor daily production activities and adjust schedules as needed.
- Optimize resource utilization to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to minimize disruptions.
- Generate reports on production performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and planning tools.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel.
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
