Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive who will be responsible for handling travel enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, preparing quotations and itineraries, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate is target-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

Enquiry Handling & Conversion
- Respond to new travel enquiries promptly and professionally
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective follow-up and client engagement
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system

Itinerary & Quotation Management
- Prepare and share customized client quotations in a timely manner




- Design accurate, well-structured itineraries based on client preferences and budget
- Ensure all travel packages are tailored to client needs and expectations

Team & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with the hotel booking team to ensure timely confirmations
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth trip execution
- Resolve booking or itinerary issues proactively in coordination with relevant teams

Sales Growth
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
- Identify and adopt new sales tools, techniques, and strategies to improve performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate sales and performance reports as required by management
- Adhere to company policies on attendance, leave, and work schedules
- Support seasonal planning and business development initiativ
