Position Description: We are looking for a skilled WAS & Docker Administrator to manage, configure, deploy, and support WebSphere Application Server and Docker/containerized environments. The candidate will be responsible for application server administration, container management, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and production support.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) environments.
- Manage WAS profiles, clusters, nodes, deployments, JVMs, and application configurations.
- Perform application deployments, configuration changes, server restarts, and patching.
- Monitor WAS and application server performance, logs, and system health.
- Troubleshoot application, JVM, connectivity, and deployment-related issues.
- Manage Docker containers, images, volumes, and networks.
- Create and maintain Dock
